HOW YOU CAN HELP YOUR SILVER SPRING PTO…..

1. SIGN UP FOR e-NEWS Messages (and read them!): These will alert you to PTO-specific news & volunteer needs. Go to www.cvschools.org and click the CV E-NEWS button. Make sure to select Silver Spring Elementary.

2. Check this space often for updated activity information, calendar of events, news and more!

3. Check the current list of volunteer needs on the website and consider volunteering for a committee or sub-committee.

4. Mark PTO meetings on your calendar and sign-up to attend at least one this year. Click here to sign-up!

5. Mark our virtual PTO events on your calendar!

6. Participate in our yearly fundraisers!

7. Offer to be a Room Parent for the 2023-2024 school year. Information to come out the first week of school for Room Parents and helpers.

8. Download the BoxTops App! Save Box Tops from General Mills packaging. Invite family members and friends to collect too.

9. Contact the PTO if your company or employer might be interested in advertising or donating items/services/gift certificates for PTO events.

11. Consider being a PTO sponsor or donating to the PTO via our PayPal link. 100% of funds support the school, teachers, and students.
